Aloha, we are so pleased to introduce you to the School of Salsa which was created on June 3, 2014. We are located at the Aloha Dancesport Center on Ward, just across from the former Sports Authority. The School of Salsa is place to learn in a welcoming environment for all levels. We specialize in social dancing skills and performance techniques. Our focus of dances is Salsa On1.
It is our mission at the School of Salsa to provide students with the highest quality dance instruction and the utmost support. With our exciting and fun system, we encourage everyone to grow at a level that best fits them. Our cause is to bring the salsa community into the public by giving back and instilling our passion and compassion in those we teach and connect with.

About the Instructor
Samir is the owner and main instructor of School of Salsa. He has been dancing since he was a child and developed a huge passion for dance as he grew older. He enjoys sharing this passion with others. He started teaching in Miami in the 2010 and brought his teachings down to Hawaii in 2013, teaching private lessons all over the island. He quotes “I have always believed that if it’s not fun, it’s not worth doing”, and so he has created a teaching method that is fun and suitable for all ages.
